Tai Son Seafood Restaurant: Great ambience dining by the bay

Ever since I started writing food blogs, I have realised the importance of having a good meal. For me, it makes me happy. Having a good meal not only involves great food but also comes with having a great ambience dining by the bay.

There is this restaurant which I found exactly to my liking. It is called Tai Zi Seafood Restaurant. I was catching up with my uncle and aunt and together, we decide to give this restaurant a try.

THE EXPERIENCE

We arrived at about 7pm, on a Monday, the restaurant was ¼ filled indoors, but I was interested in sitting outdoors. A breath of fresh air was the perfect ambience I needed, and thus I picked the best table location possible, directly facing Singapore, with yachts and speed boats tied to the docks.

When the menu arrived, it took me about 10 minutes to decide what I am going to order. Since there were only 3 of us, I decided to go for Salted Egg Crabs, Hong Kong Sauce Steam Fish, Seafood Soup, Sambal Kang Kong and a pot of Pu Er Tea. Did I order a lot? Trust me, we polished everything up.

My uncle loved the Salted Egg Crabs. The meat was tender and the taste of the salted egg blended well with the meat. I preferred the Hong Kong Steamed Fish. It was fresh, and well cooked with the tasty black sauce along with it. The Sambal Kang Kong and Seafood Soup were fine.
