Craze Kitchen: A Halal-Certified Cafe that serves generous portions and is one of the most affordable cafes in Singapore

I came about reading a lot of positive reviews about Craze Kitchen, serving generous portions. been one of the most affordable cafes in Singapore.  Since I was at Yishun, I decided to drop them a visit for dinner.

Upon reaching the restaurant in the early evening, the restaurant was 50% occupied. I was greeted by a friendly waitress, who ushered to my table. Given the menu, I was instructed to place my order at the cashier’s point.

I liked the cosiness of this restaurant.  Simple setup with beautiful art painted CRAZE on the left side of the big wall.

The menu covered a variety of Italian Pastas and Seasonal Pastas. Such as Aglio Olio, Mushroom Pasta, Seafood Marinara, Salted Egg Infused Pasta, Lobster Bisque Pasta etc.  Well, if you are a vegetarian, you can consider their Vegetarian Pasta too.

They do support a string of popular mains as well. Such as my favourite Fish & Chips, BBQ Chicken, Lamb Chops, Striploin Beef Steak, Angus Ribeye and Wagyu Beef Steak among others.

They do have other selections as well such as Paella Rice, Mussels’ Pot, a good range of Appetisers and Family Platters for the bigger groups.  However, since I was alone on my first visit, and I couldn’t stomach so many options, I simply went for their Classic Wagyu Burger with an additional Fried Egg.  I also order my favourite Root Beer Float.

After placing my orders, the next thing I realised it was full house. Good business I must say.  Anyway, the wait wasn’t long, and my meal was served.

The Classic Wagyu Burger came with Curly Fries.  Trust me, the Curly Fries were crunchy and crispy.  It just made me want more and more.  One of the better fries I tasted for a very long time.

The Classic Wagyu Burger was… steaming hot.  Why did I say so?  For the rare times, when you removed the top bun, you can see steaming smoke floating into the air from the Beef Patty.  Hahaha.  Again, I like my Beef Patty to be in medium rare, but I believed their standard across is leaning towards the medium.  Generally, the Burger was good.

My overall experience from the start till the end had been great, and I just found myself at a regular joint for a good piece of Burger.
